All special orders and custom orders are final.
In stock merchandise is subject to exchange up to 14 days after purchase. Items being exchanged must be in new condition and will not be exchanged if damaged, worn or altered in any way. Diamonds must be returned with original diamond report or there will be a $200 fee.
